Exhibitor Registration for GDC Online 2011 will open in September. Please check back soon.
Staff Badge Details:
- Staff Badges will only be available for pick-up on-site.
- No Staff Badges will be mailed out for this show.
- Badge Registration will close on Friday, September 30, all registration after that date must be completed on-site at GDC Online.

Additional terms:
- Staff badges are only issued to exhibitor personnel who will be setting up, working in and tearing down the booth. Staff badges do not provide admittance to any conference session, tutorial, special event or meals. Please do not register your customers as booth staff as they will be asked to provide proper ID to collect their badge.
- Each respective exhibitor must collect his/her own badge on-site. To obtain your badge and/or badge holder, YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR PHOTO ID (driver's license, passport or exhibiting company issued ID card). Each registered attendee will be allowed to pick up their own badge only - not for friends, colleagues, etc. Sorry, no exceptions.
- Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during GDC Europe.
- If you have meetings or appointments with prospective clients, please make arrangements to meet them outside the show floor entrance at the arranged time.
- A non-refundable replacement fee will be charged for all requests for duplicate badges.
