The production track will cover the roadmap you need to manage technology and your development team towards a successful online title. This track covers all aspects of managing online-game development – from staffing to leveraging middleware to management style and techniques.

In 2010, the production track will address strategies for developing social games with shortened timelines, scalability for startup development teams, developing sustainable MMOs and working with teams spread across the globe.
